GLASS BEADS




Glass Bead is a unique and popular air blasting abrasive for cleaning and conditioning
surfaces. It si manufactured from high - grade glass, annealed in its spherical shape to
equalize internal stresses and resist fracture. Inaddtion, the inherrent strength of glass bead
is such that it can survive multiple impacts, allowingfor economies of continuous recycling


APPLICATION

Its application include cleaning moulds, glass carvings and decorative works in glass
industry, removing rust and corrosion without disturbing the base material; blasting for
cleaning and conditioning surfaces without changing their dimensional tolerances or
contaminaating them and shot peening aircraft parts to increase fatigue strength, reduce
wear and friction and to relieve strees.
